Jetstream Jobs is an AI-powered job search tool that helps you prepare tailored application materials, analyze interview transcripts, track your pipeline, and improve your interview performance over time. It uses AI to process your data and give you actionable coaching — it does not apply to jobs on your behalf or guarantee outcomes.
Jetstream Jobs is operated by Stephanie Wilkinson, a sole proprietor based in Oregon, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Jetstream Jobs" mean that person. When you subscribe, your contract is with her.
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password required. Each person should have one account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. Do not share your login links with others.
Jetstream Jobs costs $29/month. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Jetstream Jobs sends your data (resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, profile information) to AI providers for processing. Currently, we use:
Your data is sent to these providers only to generate responses for you. It is not used to train AI models. Anthropic prohibits training on API inputs, and Together AI does not train on data collected from you without your explicit opt-in. You choose which provider to use, and you can switch at any time.
Your data is yours. You own everything you put into Jetstream Jobs -- resumes, transcripts, stories, notes, all of it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Jetstream Jobs available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Jetstream Jobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all materials before using them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetstream Jobs' total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Jetstream Jobs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of Jetstream Jobs will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you and we each consent to those courts hearing it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place you live, where those laws say they cannot be waived by agreement.
